Scandinavian Defense (Part 1) – Chess Openings

scandinavian.geniusprophecy.com Take a look at my new ebook “The Scandinavian – A Complete Chess Opening Repertoire Against 1.e4″! This is an introduction to a chess opening known as the Scandinavian Defense. Current advocates for this opening include Tiviakov, Kramnik and Christian Bauer, whilst pioneers included Rogers and Larsen. The current theoretical stance of the Scandinavian for Black is quite good, especially considering it is nowhere near as popular as the Sicilian. The analysis for this video has been checked by the chess engine Rybka. Check out my website for more chess material! The website is dedicated to writing free chess articles on a range of topics to help the average player improve. Topics discussed include chess openings, strategy and endgames. chess.geniusprophecy.com About myself ACF rating: 2256 FIDE rating: 2146
