Is there any variation of the sicilian defence that starts with e4 c5 nf3 e6?
and another question, is there any place i can read about the sicilian defense and all variations of it?
and what should i do if someone do e6 after e4 c5 nf3 (if there isn’t a variation that goes that way..)
Give your reason why…
The Nimzo Indian Defense is an extremely solid defense that is played at every level. It is the one indian defense that doesn’t fianchetto its bishop right away and threatens white’s knight on c3 and usually exchanges to fight against the double pawns of white on the c file. Many top players hate playing against the Nimzo-Defense and will try different variations to avoid the lines. www.thechesswebsite.com Chess Software used in the video can be found at http and www.chessok.com

Hey guys. I have made it to a bit below 2000 using the Dragon, but am always annoyed with how much theory I have to know and how most white players are well prepared. This and a suggestion from a master I played once led me to look into the Chinese Dragon. For those of you who don’t know, this is where black plays 10. Rb8 instead of the more common 10. Rc8. From what I can tell, the main idea is to advance b5, and ideally to capture your knight on c4 with that pawn (rather than the rook that takes from c8) and open the b-file. MCO 14 makes absolutely no reference to this opening, which is why I think it could catch people off guard. I don’t doubt that it is playable because my favorite player (and a dragon expert) Chris Ward plays the opening. Do you guys have any thoughts and know if there is any theory on this opening? If there is, can someone post a link or just type out a few variations? Thanks!

In the game of chess, what does it mean when someone refers to
an openings "main line?" What does that mean, "main line?"
Does it refer to a trap, where if I don’t know the proper response to
an opponents moves I will be put
at a disadvantage? Sorry for asking a question with an answer, even if
it’s the right one or not.I’m just very confused. ![]()
At the moment I’m contemplating whether or not I’m smart enough to
play this board game.Oh well, I can always go in the attic an
break out "Crossbows and Catapults."
The Kings Indian Defense is a very common and strong defense from black that looks to fortify his king side safety and then counter attack white’s central control of the board. This is not an aggressive defense from black but still very effective and seen quite often at high level play. www.thechesswebsite.com Chess Software used in the video can be found at http and www.chessok.com
