Best chess opening for black?

What is a good chess opening for black when i begin with c2-c4 and then b1-b3? please answer fast i have a competition tomorrow.

I think you mean when you play c4 and then Nc3 right? Knight from b1 to c3?
black has many choices against that…
1. c4 Nf6
2. Nc3
black usually plays either e5, e6, g6, c5, d5, c6, d6, Nc6 and b6.
e5 being the most popular move and b6 the least popular (from lines that are ok) I mean nobody plays a5 or h5 in that position.
well I reccomend you do (or some variation of for less predictability) the black fortress move
Probably the best answer to c2-c4 is e7-e5. Seizing control of the center, opening lines for the Queen and Bishop and working towards a kingside castle. After b2-b3, I’d develop your King’s knight to f6 because it’s a flexible center influencing move and you’re another step closer to castling. White will likely next fianchetto his bishop to b2 at this point, so you’ll want to defend your center pawn with the Knight, Nc6. If you defend it with a pawn you create problems for your dark bishop and if you use the bishop you block the important d7 pawn and possibly create problems for the light bishop so that seems pretty forced. You can improvise at this point but the book line goes…
1. c4 e5
2. b3 Nf6
3. Bb2 Nc6
4. e3 d5
5. cxd5 Nxd5
6. a3 Bd6
7. Qc2 O-O
8. Nf3 Qe7
Note: Nc6 is good on move two also if you wish to transpose into the Nimzowitsch-Larsen Attack.

Almost everyone plays an opening game:
1. e4 e5
I personally recommend the 2 Knights Defense after the 2 pawns have moved:
1. e4 e5
2. Nf3 Nc6
3. Bc4 Nf6
If white does e4 on the first move, try the Silican Defense:
1. e4 c5
Or, you could try the Indian Defense:
1. e4 Nf6
Also, you can try to Fianchetto your bishops to leave room to castle early. Don’t be afraid to sacrifice and observe the board to see if your opponent has any plans of taking pieces or checkmate. Blunders made by not looking at the board and thinking could result in the loss of a queen, rook or checkmate.

I have to coach kids on doing their own thing when the center is effectively unchallenged.
After 1. c4 and 2. Nc3, the only point of interest to White is d5.
You have more than enough time to do your own plan.
You can castle your King in 4 moves against this hypermodern (read: hyperslow) opening.
Pawns can’t take sideways. Set up an attack that attacks his weak e4 square.
Try to make his overextended pawns relinquish center control.

that depends what kind of game you like
if you love playing positionally then i reccomend c5 or c6
if you like playing active positions then e5 or perhaps g6 could be interesting
Since black is already left behind with one move,I really cannot recommend the best move unless you do some homework.if you respond incorrectly to white’s opening,it can spell disaster.Instead I will give you some thought that might help.depend the center squares>fortify your position by developing your pieces>put your king in safe place>if an attack is imminent-nuetralize by exchanging piece>hopefully in the end,you can take 1/2 point assuming both side play well.
