Thanks so much, I counter attacked a King’s Indian opening with a Lasker’s opening, it came down to my knight and his rook and each of us 2 pawns, thanks!, This will surely help me in the future,

7:13 lol this shit’s really wild lol sorry not to make a scene but it caught me of gaurd to lmao
Nice vid! *subscribed*
this is a very interesting idea, and it made me wonder if instead of Bg4 and Nc6, black could actually treat it like a samish KID..1 Nf3 d5 2 g3 c4 3 Bg2 f6!? or even 1nf3 d5 2 g3 f6 !?…this would make it seem more difficut for white to play d4 since black could play cd followed by Nc6 and I think blacks position is quite comfortable.
By the way I think you are the most knowledgable guy making videos here that ive seen.
im really not sure about Bb4 because it seems that in many lines white could get away with playing some very powerful c4 somewhere, taking advantage of b7 unprotected, perhaps transpose to a much better than average catalan opening…which also would suit KIA players
Great video, i’ve started using the KIA in my games….alot of people continue to feel its a “lazy man’s opening” but i prefer to put study time on the end game theory. i open with the KIA and destroy my opponent in the endgame
move number 4 should have been d4 not castle
here we go now u r explaining it , well done
your welcome, awesome vid dude!!!!!
you are seriously great for posting this!
Great video!
never mess with a scicilian when death is on the line. lol, just jk.
good vid, thanks
what programm is that
lol crickets
Great explanation. Thanks. Keep ‘em coming.
i think it is winboard
These videos are extremely helpful. Thx Matt.
hummm. the tromp. attack is not that good. i saw some Gm (karpov-kaspatov-adams etc) who will encourage you to take the knight. yes they double pawn but in the exchnage they have open 5e line and they have the pair of bishop so i dont think tromp is so good
Matt have you ever played against jrobi? If you have you two should do independent reviews.
i rmb theres an attk where u use a rook, two bishops and a queen to attk the king’s indian. Anyone knows whats that opening? Please i seriously need it! Ty!
It a reversed 150 attack not 130. Other that trivial thing it a nice video on. When I face the KIA usually White starts the game with 1. P-K4. Guys do it to side step my Sicilian main lines. As black I play very similar Anti Reti lines against 1. N-KB3.
Thanks for your efforts. You do nice movies.
if anyone knows what program he used please tell me
Starting 1. e4 may cost a tempo, but can throw black for a loop when you set up the KIA otherwise behind it.
