What is your favorite chess opening and why?

I like Queen’s Gambit Accepted, since it offers great piece development for white, while exchanging a semi-central pawn for a central one. (See first source)
I also like King’s Indian Attack, although I play it more aggressively than the second source below shows. It provides strong defense for the king and opens nice lines of attack for the fianchettoed bishop.
The first move I like to make is to move either one of my knights to right in front of my pawn that’s in front of the rook. Then I usually move the pawn at the very end opposite my knight out 2 spaces. This way I have the sneaky knight in play and can carefully move him to positions that usually put the opponent in jeopardy (I usually end up taking out a pawn or two first), and the opposite rook ready to move out subtlely and knock off peices that are held in place by my knight. These two peices usually get me a lot of playing time before they are taken out. Only one of my pawns is out for the pickings and I still have an almost solid line protecting my King and Queen for most of the game.
