What's a great Chess Opening to use as White?

What is?
I usually play d4 and e4.
e4:
I normally play the Scotch if they reply with 1…e5 and 2…Nc6. And sometimes the Ponziani.
d4:
I usually go for the Blackmar-Diemer if they reply with 1…d5.
I know there’s no "best" opening but which opening is most interesting and fun / good to play in terms of trying to win? ^_^"

naaa u go the secilly opening with the entrapni defence tactic it works all the time unless of course they reply it 1..Nc6 and 2 e4…
In otherwords i wouldnt have a clue
but my favorites are
move the pawn thats in front of the horsey out 1, then move the bishop into where the pawn was then the horsey right in front of the pawn thats in front of the castle haha
sometimes i use b3 to develop the bishop, sometimes i use g3 to develop the other bishop. there are 20 legal moves, 20 people give you 20 reasons
E4 is the best.
