Is there currently a chess computer that nobody can beat? If there's isn't, when we're gonna make one?

A computer that nobody ever will be able to beat in a chess game? If there isn’t such, I think that right now we are able to make such a super computer? How do you think? A computer that only draws or wins against the world champions?
