I’m really bad at chess.Can you provide me with some cheats or gamesaves for it?
PS: Only cheats for the BOARD GAME, not the stupid computer versions.

1) you have an old version of the client in ur cache
2) need to restart ur browser and retreive the current version
3) if restart doesnt work manually clearing your broswers cache

me and my friends were playing chess in public park and we agreed to have a bet of 100 peso that is like 2 dollar in US..and suddenly a police officer come and stop our game and destroyed our chess sets while saying “were gambling”…is it true that any game involving money is a gambling?
I am in the Philippines and i am age 25 with work as a computer programmer..pls say what you know…b’coz this officer keeps disturbing us..playing without bet is boring…

I have the white MacBook and I have Windows Vista Home Basic on it via Boot Camp. I have Lego Chess witch is a old Windows computer game. The game says that it will only work on a Windows 95 or 98 computer. I also have some other old computer games that only work on Windows 98 or any older version of Windows and some of them work on my Windows Vista Home Basic.
When I install the Chess game on my Windows Vista part of my MacBook and then I try to run the game the computer tells me to put the CD for the game into the computer and the CD is all ready in the computer. Can someone please tell me if there is a way to make the game work on my Vista part of my MacBook?

PS, If there is anything out there that I can get to make my game work I don’t want to have to pay for it.
Free online chess strategy guide. Please not for kids, I can play pretty well. I would appreciate it if the responses are GOOD chess guides. Like they will teach me to play very well.

Are they really too stupid to figure out how to get through the game? What’s worse is those that use the guides to play a game online. It’s like playing chess with a computer when you wanted to play another person. Why buy a game and then pay somebody else to play it for you?

I use game guides only after I beat the game, to unlock every aspect of the game, which would be statistically improbable without a little help.

So I want to get into chess, like actually get good at it. Not professionally or anything, but I enjoy playing it (whether I win or not) cause it’s a fun game. I recently joined Chess.com, which is cool, but on a free membership, you can’t do any of the special training or strategy tutors or anything. Is there a free website anyone knows of where I can practice not against people, but learning strategy against a computer?

Playing chess on yahoo and playing chess with people is totally different and your ranking will be different too
